Within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), all refunds will be issued. For each item on your invoice, please record the quantity and reason(s) for return. Verify that no other address labels are visible. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the expense of returning the items, unless they are defective. As a result, you need to make sure the product or products have sufficient insurance. It is legally required of you to hold onto the product(s) and to treat them with reasonable care until you return them to us.
